This does, indeed, seem to be a bug; for whatever reason with the additional
code NASM all of a sudden doesn't "see" macro-local labels, despite the fact
that they seem to be expanded correctly.

Since this is not a regression, however, I don't want to hold off 2.12.02 for
it.
