(a) I forgot to mention that original sources where processed before
compilation, so correct files to see are .iii ones.

(b) An attempt to add -read_only_relocs option produced

ld: warning: -read_only_relocs cannot be used with x86_64

(c) The source files are from uefi edk2 project, folder

UefiCpuPkg/Library/CpuExceptionHandlerLib/X64

I would file a bug there later

(d) If relocation record not accepted by ld, something wrong?
