I did try with 2.15rc0-20190809-win32 & -win64, but they don't even load
(`cannot open input file`).  They do load with the full path (`%cd%\tst.nsm`),
but only output the initial listing line, nothing else.  Cloned the git and
tried building with VC (2010), but that fails (`config/unconfig.h` doesn't
exist); MinGW/MSYS also fails (autoconf 2.68); finally got it built with MSYS2.
 Still can't open, which I now see is due to using the `\\?\` prefix, which
only works with absolute paths, not relative.  I didn't track down why it's not
outputting anything else.
