Maybe I missed it but I cannot see an online version of Nasm at that link, only
download-and-install code. (An online version would be useful if you expect
those who report bugs always to have the latest version.) 

If you have 2.15 installed why don't you try the code? It's only three lines
and should take no more than 60 seconds of your time to paste into a file and
assemble. Then you'd know whether it was a problem in 2.15 or not.
