[Nasm-devel] building issue on windows

Hello
i am getting this error after following these instructions
https://github.com/netwide-assembler/nasm/blob/master/Mkfiles/README

nmake /f Mkfiles\msvc.mak everything nsis

Mkfiles\msvc.mak(238) : fatal error U1005: syntax error : text must follow
':' in macro
Stop.

What am I missing?
tried to search for the error and reached this forum post

But couldn't find any lead as to what i am doing wrong
Appreciate if someone can point me to the right direction
